How to find us?
From San Jose drive to Puntarenas and then take a Paquera ferry crossing the Gulf of Nicoya. From Paquera drive west through Tambor and Cobano (about 30 miles) to Santa Teresa.
At the intersection of Santa Teresa/Mal Pais turn left going to Mal Pais about 1.3 miles. The property is on the left hand, 50 m after the intersection going to the beach (to former Restaurant Mar Azul). The entrance to the property is between points 13 and 16 (see following map) on the left hand between a small vacation rental and a bigger wooden house.

Features
2,8 acres (11300 m²) total area. Easy access by all types of vehicules. The private access road is 7 meters wide. The property is located over 100 m from public road, away from dust, noise and traffic. Water, telefone and electricity are no problem.
Area 1: 1.8 acres, flat, arable land, suitable for any construction, some small and bigger trees.
Area 2: one acre, old and precious wood trees, steep (starting from 10 to 45 m over sea level), feasible and not difficult for any construction up to 100-120 m². From the top you have an excellent view (180° panorama) of the coast.
